Case study · Our own product
A system for agencies and employers hiring foreign workers. Instead of spreadsheets and binders: workers with documents and expiry alerts, residence and work permit cases, recruitment on configurable workflows, and the Polish 18-in-36-months temporary work limit calculated automatically. Runs in the cloud or on the client's own server.
Passports, visas, residence cards, medical exams and safety training with expiry alerts on the dashboard and in a daily e-mail.
Cases moving through stages, default deadlines (e.g. a 7-day notification), fees and attachments.
Time at each client is tracked automatically on every assignment, with a warning before the limit is crossed.
Custom fields and formulas, role-based workflows, Excel import and export of lists to Excel.
2FA, database-level data isolation (Row-Level Security), sensitivity labels with identity re-confirmation.
Consents with history, retention periods, personal data export and anonymization. A full audit log.
